Dispatcher / Scheduler

About the role

CMC Electric, LLC in Clayton, NC is seeking a full-time Dispatcher / Scheduler to manage service technicians' schedules and dispatch them as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily schedules and dispatch technicians upon completion of service calls
• Manage on-call schedules for service technicians
• Update customer database with current information
• Meet with technicians after projects to record accurate results
• Schedule return trips with customers for installed parts
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Prioritize urgent calls and dispatch technicians accordingly
• Provide clear and concise information to department managers, employees, and customers

Qualifications

• Experience with dispatching in the trade industry
• Experience managing multiple field technicians' schedules
• Service Titan experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively and ensure good results
• Professional presentation skills
• Good rapport-building abilities
• Understanding of teamwork importance

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 - $50,000 per year, along with great benefits including health insurance, up to 2 weeks of paid time off, a 401(k) with company match, 8 paid holidays per year, company uniforms, and a company vehicle if applicable.
