Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules and routes
- Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties
- Able to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time
- Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances
- Ability to relay information and work well in a fast-paced environment with changing conditions
- Knowledge of local area helpful
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and security background check
- Excellent listener and great written and verbal communication skills
