Dispatcher Multiple Shifts

Essential Functions

• Dispatch operators and equipment for service calls using dispatch software and GPS systems.
• Monitor the status and location of units and communicate accurate ETAs and service updates.
• Answer and manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate service records including vehicle information, notes, and payment details.
• Aid customers with vehicle release procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate delays, operational concerns, or equipment issues to management.
• Cook up with team members and ensure proper shift turnover communication.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Dispatch, call center, logistics, or towing industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are necessary.

Work Schedule

• This position operates on a 12-hour shift schedule:
• Day Shift: Thursday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: Thursday – Saturday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Schedules may be adjusted based on operational needs.

Physical Requirements

• This position primarily involves sitting, using a computer and telephone, and communicating with customers and staff.
• Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 15 pounds may be required.
