Responsibilities
- Manage dispatch operations to ensure efficient response times to emergencies.
- Coordinate resources to optimize service delivery and minimize response times.
- Communicate with field personnel to provide direction and support during incidents.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in emergency services or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR.
- Experience with dispatch software systems.
Skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
$20.00 per hour.
Schedule
