Responsibilities
- Cook up the logistics of deliveries to our patients
- Create transportation manifests and other required records for patient deliveries
- Answer calls with a cheerful, positive attitude pertaining to Dispatch order or Courier Drivers having issues or needing assistance on their routes
- Maintain an ongoing knowledge of company products and current state laws regarding medical cannabis and delivery regulations
- Monitor routing software and communicate effectively with drivers throughout the day
- Be the point of contact if they need assistance while out on a delivery route
- Ensure all rostered drivers have a route in the system and in the right delivery area to ensure route completion in a timely and safe manner
- Make route changes and assignments in the routing software
- Lightly schedule - as we continue to grow, you’ll be expected to have a certain level of knowledge related to scheduling and driver availability
- Build trustworthy and supportive working relationships
- Have a flexible schedule - able to work mornings, evenings, weekends
- Sit or stand for long periods, crouch, bend, and carry up to 10 lbs
- Pass a pre-employment/post-offer background check
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Qualifications
- 1+ years dispatch and/or logistics experience preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience preferred
- Superior communication skills are paramount - written and verbal
- Strong computer skills. Experience using Microsoft Office products as well as extremely comfortable working with new software/applications
- Experience working with smartphone applications
- Good teamwork mentality: able to build trustworthy and supportive working relationships
- Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and ability to adjust to a start-up environment that is fast-paced and constantly changing
- Must be reliable and dependable at all times
- Flexible schedule - able to work mornings, evenings, weekends
- Must have a working phone with a connection to internet services
- Must be able to verbally communicate and hear audio
- Must pass a pre-employment/post-offer background check

- Paid time off (PTO)
- 2 weeks accrued annually during the first two years of employment
