Role Overview: The dispatcher is responsible for coordinating shipment movements, processing operational data, and monitoring transit exceptions to ensure timely delivery. They maintain communication across supply chain teams and service partners to facilitate smooth logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate shipment activities with internal teams, network offices, and service providersManage shipment data and status updates within operational systems for accuracy and visibilityMonitor active shipments, communicating delays, exceptions, and routing issues to relevant stakeholdersVerify documentation compliance with transportation requirements and proceduresAnalyze operational trends and suggest workflow improvements for service consistency Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED3+ years of experience in logistics operations, transportation coordination, or shipment trackingAssociate's degree in logistics, supply chain, or transportation preferredSupply chain certifications (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) preferredProficiency with shipment tracking and operational systemsStrong communication and documentation verification skills
