About the role
The successful candidate will contribute to the academic mission of UCLA by engaging in research, teaching, and service activities. They will work closely with faculty members and students to advance knowledge in their field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research that contributes to the advancement of knowledge in the field.
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in a manner that promotes student learning and engagement.
- Engage in scholarly activities such as publishing in peer-reviewed journals, presenting at conferences, and participating in professional organizations.
- Participate in departmental and university committees and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the department as needed.

- A PhD in the relevant field by the start date of the appointment.
- Strong record of research productivity and publication.
- Excellent teaching credentials and experience.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
Schedule
