Responsibilities
- Schedule dispatchers to meet operational needs while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with field staff to resolve issues and improve service quality.
- Monitor dispatch performance and provide feedback to enhance efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in dispatch or operations management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with dispatch software systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay

Schedule
