We need to output HTML fragment with sections only when there is real specific content. We need to extract sections: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements/Qualifications (minimum qualifications, competencies), Skills (maybe competencies), Benefits (none), Pay (none), Schedule (none). Also maybe "Working Conditions" could be a section but not in rules only listed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map content accordingly. We must not repeat job title. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "Make an Impact at Securitas USA" etc? That's marketing but maybe not boilerplate? It's not essential job description; could be considered boilerplate? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Make an Impact at Securitas USA" is promotional but not necessarily not required; but it's not EEO. Might be considered fluff but not prohibited. However we should preserve substantive information. That paragraph about core values maybe not essential but could be considered part of About the role? Might be okay to include in About the role? But it's generic company values; not specific to role. Might be considered boilerplate? Not explicitly listed. Safer to keep only job-specific content: Job Summary, Essential Functions, Minimum Qualifications, Competencies, Working Conditions (maybe not a heading). Since we only allowed certain headings, we could put Working Conditions under Requirements or Skills? Probably better to include as part of Requirements or Qualifications? But we have no heading for Working Conditions; we could omit it if not fitting allowed headings. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop it unless we can incorporate into allowed sections. We could add a

under Requirements or Skills that includes working conditions details. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could have sections: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (minimum qualifications + competencies + working conditions). That covers all. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections because not stated. We must use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information: job summary, essential functions (list), minimum qualifications (list), competencies (list), working conditions (list). We'll format as lists. Let's extract: Job Summary: "Supervises guarding operations at multiple sites. Performs inspections and ensures that post orders are being followed. Coaches and trains personnel. Carries out administrative procedures as required by Branch. Responds to incidents and may provide service coverage as needed." That's the summary. Essential Functions: many bullet-like sentences. We'll list each as

  • . Minimum Qualifications: list items: - Must be at least 18 years of age. - Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone). - Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private). - Must have the legal right to work in the United States. - Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English. - Must have a High School Diploma or GED. - Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. - Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Competencies: list items: - May be required to hold and continue to meet the requirements for any applicable state, county and municipal license for Security Officers. - Knowledge of security operations and procedures. - Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures. - Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance. - Understanding of a variety of security and safety devices and controls. - Ability to learn quickly and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form. - Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments. - Ability to be an effective team member. - Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances. - Courteous telephone manner. - Ability to adapt to various sites and changes in post procedures. - Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports. - Good organizational skills. - Strong customer service and results orientation. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, at various social levels and across diverse cultures. Working Conditions: list items (physical/mental demands). We'll extract each sentence after "With or without reasonable accommodation..." but we can list as bullet points. Let's parse: - Maintaining composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations. - May be exposed to stressful situations, such as challenging individuals who are in or approaching an unauthorized area. - Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey, in addition to any mandatory licensing requirements. - Directing and disciplining staff in a positive manner. - May be required to work overtime without advance notice. - Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. - Keyboarding, basic computer usage and operating controls. - Seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly in order to communicate with employees and clients, observe and report incidents, and direct others. - Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. - Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. - Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. - Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus. - May be required to use vehicle for the performance of duties. - On occasion may be required to perform stressful and physical activity. - Depending upon assignment may be exposed to inclement weather or be required to work in environments or under conditions that require the use of protective gear and devices and/or awareness of personal safety and safety of others. - May be exposed to or required to handle sensitive and confidential information. We'll include these as list under Requirements section maybe as part of "Working Conditions" but we don't have that heading. Could incorporate into Requirements as additional list after competencies. We must not repeat job title. No metadata like #AF-PIE PPO #14827 etc. Remove that. We also need to remove duplicated lines: there is some duplication like "Minimum Qualifications At Entry Additional qualifications may be specified..." but we have captured. Now produce HTML:
