Dispatch Supervisor

About the role

Lead our Phoenix-area dispatch team, overseeing daily dispatch operations, coaching team members, optimizing technician schedules, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industry is preferred, and call center leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of dispatchers.
• Manage daily technician scheduling and dispatch operations to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor schedules throughout the day and make adjustments as priorities change.
• Support dispatchers with escalated customer concerns and service issues.
• Track key performance metrics including technician utilization, response times, scheduling accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of dispatch experience, preferably in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industry.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Call center supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatching software preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer applications.

Pay

$70,000 USD - $120,000 USD

Work Environment

This position operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment. Occasionally moves items up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with internal and external stakeholders is required. Must be able to work under centrally controlled fluorescent lighting.
