About the role
Responsible for managing and dispatching emergency response teams in a timely manner to ensure public safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate emergency response operations.
- Communicate effectively with field personnel and command center staff.
- Ensure all team members are equipped and prepared for emergencies.
- Monitor incident reports and adjust dispatch strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Public Safety, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in emergency management or public safety.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Familiarity with emergency response protocols and procedures.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of radio communication systems.

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
