Dispatch Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for managing and dispatching emergency response teams in a timely manner to ensure public safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate emergency response operations.
• Communicate effectively with field personnel and command center staff.
• Ensure all team members are equipped and prepared for emergencies.
• Monitor incident reports and adjust dispatch strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Public Safety, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in emergency management or public safety.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Familiarity with emergency response protocols and procedures.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of radio communication systems.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
