Join Team Lamey as our new Dispatch Coordinator who assists with scheduling Restoration Managers to the customers location to assess the work that would need to be completed. Key Responsibilities Dispatch and schedule Restoration Managers to incoming leads.Review and maintain the scheduling for equipment pickupsSchedule pickup and returns of customer's area rugsKeep log of customer survey resultsPerform detailed and accurate data entryReceive incoming calls about past services, follow ups on current projects, general inquiries about business and other routine communicationsCollaborate and assist with other departments, as needed Position Requirements High school diploma/GED (preferred)At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience Prior dispatch experience preferredAbility to multitask and to remain detail orientatedKnowledge of local geographical area is preferredMust be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary.
