DISPATCH COORDINATOR

We have a select network of Medicare and/or Medicaid Certified and Accredited providers to respond to the needs of our patients – 24/7. With over 15 years of experience, we are the trusted market leader in Home Health, Durable Medical Equipment, and Home Infusion Services.
What Will You Be Doing
- Responsible for all driver scheduling to ensure timely delivery and pickup of patient supplies and equipment.
- Oversee all driver activities including accurate driver logs and completed documentation.
What Will You Come With
- A high school graduate or GED equivalent.
- A valid driver’s license for at least three years.
- Basic knowledge of durable medical equipment is desirable.
- Motivated and able to function independently.
- Possesses organizational skills to assume efficient use of time.
- Communicate well with patients and other members of the company.
- Flexible with work schedule.
- Dependable in attendance and job performance.
- Uphold the principles of compliance as outlined in the Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook and related policies and procedures.
- Participate in the mandatory Corporate Compliance Program training initiative on an annual or more frequent basis, as required.
