- Monitor inventory levels and adjust dispatch schedules accordingly
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with dispatch software systems
- Valid driver’s license
