Dispatch Coordinator
This role supports logistics operations by ensuring timely, efficient, and safe transportation of bulk cement, aggregate, and fly ash products.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and monitor deliveries in alignment with customer orders and plant capacity.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records.
- Collaborate closely with carriers, internal teams, and customers.
- Support inventory tracking and reporting needs.
- Play a critical role in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and safety compliance.
Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens
- Comfortable taking high volume phone calls
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent dispatch experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of dispatch, logistics, or transportation coordination experience preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) capabilities are a plus.
Work Environment
This role requires on-site work from Monday to Friday, with operational hours from 6am to 5:30pm. During the training period, employees will work from 8am to 5pm. The team values a safety-first approach and offers a performance-driven environment, providing stability and growth opportunities.

Pay
$21.00 - $22.00/hr
