The Disney Store and DisneyStore.com are retail merchandising arms of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, extending Disney's brands globally. The Disney Store offers high-quality products and books, including exclusive lines from Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel, and National Geographic. ShopDisney.com serves guests of all ages, featuring curated selections from Disney and licensed partners.

Responsibilities

• Supports Disney Store Mission, "Creating Magical Moments for Guests of all Ages"
• Works in a fast-paced, energetic environment, meeting productivity goals and standards
• Processes shipments, replenishes the sales floor, and performs additional operational tasks as needed
• Makes decisions to meet business needs with a sense of urgency
• Maintains Disney brand standards in guest engagement, visual merchandising, and housekeeping
• Treats all guests and colleagues with respect and fosters a positive work environment
• Complies with company policies and maintains a safe working environment
• Works as a team member and accepts feedback constructively
• Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to Disney Store grooming guidelines

Qualifications

• Lifts up to 45 lbs. and climbs ladders as required
• Available to work flexible schedules including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends, and call-ins (if permitted)
• Available for a minimum of two shifts per week on weekdays and weekend availability as needed
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Aged 18 or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in high-volume retail, particularly in processing shipments and replenishing the sales floor
• Experience in retail or customer service

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
