About the Role

As a DSE Pricing & Revenue Management intern, you will support the identification, measurement, and estimation of critical consumer demand trends that drive performance. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2027 – June 2027.

Responsibilities

Disney Signature Experiences Pricing and Revenue Management is responsible for pricing, yield management, and inventory control for Disney Cruise Line and Disney Vacation Club. Interns can expect to develop skills in analytics and business strategy while making meaningful contributions to revenue goals.

  • Research incremental revenue opportunities and present insightful recommendations to leadership.
  • Analyze historical pricing and booking data.
  • Complete ad hoc projects and data analysis to assist in achieving short- and long-term revenue goals.
  • Research and report on industry news and pricing.
  • Support Analysts with inventory management and/or pricing implementation.
  • Monitor reports and develop reporting for various teams.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Able to communicate effectively across different environments (in-person, video, written).
  • Curiosity about using data to answer questions and communicate recommendations, with a desire to develop skills in data tools (SQL, VBA, Tableau, and/or Python).
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated creativity in solving complex data analysis problems.
  • Desire to learn more about Disney Signature Experiences and the travel industry.
  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization.
  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship.
  • Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, FL area.
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.
  • Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SQL, VBA, Tableau, and/or Python.
  • Experience working with large data sets.
  • General knowledge or previous experience in the Cruise, Airline, or Travel & Tourism industry.
  • Disney College Program or Internship Alumni.

Education

Junior or Senior year preferred. Major or previous coursework in Data Analytics, Finance/Accounting, Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science/Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related major preferred.

Pay

The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $31.00 per hour.
