Responsibilities
- Keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glasses and all other food preparation and serving items
- Replacing clean items back in their designated areas
- Stocking ingredients and other supplies when delivered
- Cleaning and checking dish machine
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- A positive attitude, approachable and proactive
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 6 months experience as a dishwasher in a full service restaurant
- Able to multi-task and can adapt to change easily
