About the Role

Stein Eriksen Lodge, an authentic European lodge nestled mid-mountain at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, is seeking a Dishwasher to assist in cleaning dishes and properly storing all items throughout the Stein Collection at various Food and Beverage Outlets.

Essential Functions

• Operates an automatic dishwashing machine that cleans and washes plates, cups, saucers, silverware, glasses and other dishes
• Cleans cooking utensils and other kitchen equipment by hand
• Collects garbage from various stations in the kitchen transporting it to the loading dock
• Check chemicals and soaps daily
• Use one sink full of hot soapy water to wash dishes instead of rinsing with spray hose; change the hot water as needed (this saves money on hot water and cuts water usage)
• Take trash to dumpster
• Keeping machines clean
• Sweep and mop walk-in every night
• Return dishes to the correct station
• Other duties as assigned by the Chef

Requirements

• Must be able to move and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
