The community includes 57 apartments, 148 cottages, 46 skilled‑nursing beds, two memory‑care neighborhoods, and 55 personal‑care beds, all with private accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Operate the dish machine, including cleaning, de‑liming, and proper maintenance.
- Remove trash.
- Complete sanitation logs and report any deficiencies to the head cook or management.
- Record temperatures of wash and rinse cycles of the dish machine during each meal.
- Wash pots, pans, and utensils as needed.
- Pull food carts and clean them inside and out, as necessary.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the head cook or management team.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating a dish machine or similar work experience is preferred.
- Ability to follow both written and oral directions and communicate effectively in English with staff and residents.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift regularly to complete job duties.
- Willingness to work holidays and weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
- Maintain a reliable and dependable attendance profile.

Schedule
Full‑Time: 40 hours per week, 12 PM – 8:30 PM, with every other weekend/holiday.
Part‑Time: 20 hours per week, 4 PM – 8:30 PM, with every other weekend/holiday.
