What You'll Do
- Ensure all dish room equipment is in good working condition
- Complete all opening and closing duties as assigned
- Complete all assigned weekly cleaning list responsibilities
- Organize and set-up dish room area
- Maintain clean working environment
- Assist in the assembly and completion of meals, and deliver meals to the dining areas & residents as required
- Sweep & Mop area on a daily basis to maintain required sanitary standards
- Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor.
What You'll Need
- High School or GED equivalent is preferred
- Prefer on-the-job four (4) weeks of supervised training
- Working knowledge of sanitary standards related to food handling and preparation
- Must know or have the ability to handle and operate equipment in assigned area
