Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
• Ensure dishwashing and dietary areas are clean
• Operate dish machine and handle cleaning supplies and equipment
• Sort, stack, and store clean dishes
• Adhere to sanitary requirements, rules, and regulations
• Carry out assigned duties in accordance with federal, state, and company policies

Qualifications

• Demonstration of Core Values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect
• Previous experience in the dietary department of a healthcare facility preferred
• Ability to operate dish machine and handle cleaning supplies and equipment
• Knowledgeable of sanitary requirements, rules, and regulations
