Dishwasher, Prep-cook, Line Cook

The Party Staff, Inc. is hiring experienced Dishwashers, Prep Cooks, and Line Cooks for ongoing weekday assignments with corporate dining facilities, hotels, caterers, and premier event venues throughout Orange County.

Schedule

• Flexible part-time, weekday morning shifts
• Typical shift times:
  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Shift times vary based on client needs and business demand

Responsibilities

Dishwashers

• Operate commercial dish machines
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
• Support the culinary team throughout service

Prep Cooks

• Food prep and knife work
• Portioning and stocking
• Follow food safety standards

Line Cooks

• Prepare menu items during service
• Work efficiently in fast-paced kitchens
• Maintain quality and consistency

Requirements

• Commercial kitchen experience preferred
• Dependable and punctual
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Food Handler Card preferred (or ability to obtain one if required)
• Reliable transportation to assignments throughout Orange County
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
