The Party Staff, Inc. is hiring Dishwashers, Prep Cooks, and Line Cooks for part-time, weekday morning shifts in San Diego County.

About the role

Join one of Southern California's premier hospitality staffing companies. Work with corporate dining facilities, hotels, caterers, and premier event venues throughout San Diego County. Assignments are ongoing and flexible.

Schedule

• Part-time, weekday mornings
• Typical shift times: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (varies by client)

Responsibilities

Dishwashers

• Operate commercial dish machines
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
• Support the culinary team throughout service

Prep Cooks

• Food prep and knife work
• Portioning, stocking, and basic cooking
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Line Cooks

• Prepare menu items during service
• Work efficiently in fast-paced kitchens
• Maintain quality and consistency

Requirements

• Commercial kitchen experience preferred
• Dependable and punctual
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Food Handler Card preferred (or ability to obtain one if required)
• Reliable transportation to assignments throughout San Diego County
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check
