Dishwasher/Prep Cook

What You'll Do

• Washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Assisting with food preparation according to recipes and chef instructions
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
• Properly storing food and monitoring food safety standards
• Supporting restaurant and banquet operations, including buffet setup
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions
• Working collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Following resort policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards
