Pizza Bar is a slice of Kansas City's good life, serving fresh New York style pizza made with hand-tossed dough and sauce from San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy. Pair your pizza with a cold Boulevard Beer on tap. The Dishwasher plays a key role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the dish room and dish machine, and assist with cleaning other areas of the space as requested.
• Keep the kitchen, dish area, and dining space clean and tidy.
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously while working efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Operate dish washing machines according to company and manufacturer specifications.
• Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans throughout the shift.
• Maintain clean and organized trash and dumpster areas; assist with taking out garbage when needed.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.

Requirements

• Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Physical ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift.
• Capability to safely move about all areas of the kitchen.
