Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans while ensuring all items are properly sanitized and stored.
- Safely operate dishwashing equipment, follow safety procedures, monitor water temperature, and notify the supervisor of equipment concerns.
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards by properly handling and discarding leftover food, emptying trash containers, and upholding infection control guidelines.
- Stock and organize supplies to support kitchen operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive kitchen environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current high school student, high school diploma, or equivalent required.
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to pass state mandated background check.
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
- Able to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with staff, residents, and visitors.

Pay
$15.10 - $17/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.
Schedule
Part-time | 24 hours/pay period | 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekdays | includes every other weekend and holiday (mixed day shifts)
