Dishwasher - Part Time - Grand Arbor

Schedule

• Part-time
• 24 hours/pay period
• 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekdays
• includes every other weekend and holiday (mixed day shifts)

Pay

Range: $15.10 - $17/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Dishwasher, You Will Ensure

• Clean and organized kitchen operations
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans while ensuring all items are properly sanitized and stored
• Safely operate dishwashing equipment
• Follow safety procedures for dishwashing machines, monitor water temperature, and notify the supervisor of equipment concerns
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
• Properly handle and discard leftover food, empty trash containers, and uphold infection control guidelines
• Stock and organize supplies
• Support kitchen team

This Job Also Requires

• Current high school student, high school diploma, or equivalent required
• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Able to pass state mandated background check
• Physical capability to perform all essential job functions
• Able to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with staff, residents, and visitors
