Dishwasher night shift

Our franchise organization, Jax, LLC dba Golden Corral, is seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team as a Utility Person / Dishwasher. This role has a great impact on the guests’ dining experience, as cleanliness is consistently rated the most important factor in deciding whether to return to a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests.
• Maintain general cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant, including the parking lot and back dock area.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash into the dumpster and keep trash cans and dumpster area clean.
• Thoroughly clean and organize the utility area.
• Perform duty roster tasks to ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
• Follow local health department laws.
• Stock Cook, Line, and Server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes.
• Maintain excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness in all tasks.
• Report equipment and facility problems to the Manager.
• Follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery for guest service.
