Responsibilities

• Maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware and utensils in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition while assisting in food preparation procedures.
• Setting up, using, and maintaining the mechanical dishwasher for the duration of the shift.
• Keeping the food line stocked with clean plates.
• Multiple cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift, including work area and restrooms.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and move from place to place in the kitchen when necessary.
