Responsibilities

- Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils. - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwasher or by hand. - Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and/or skill required. - Food and beverage products, menus and promotions. - Policies and procedures of the department. - Customer service principles and practices. - Correct business English, including spelling, grammar and punctuation.

Physical/Mental Requirements

This position requires the ability to stand and walk for the duration of the work shift. While performing duties of this job, the associate is required to have the stamina to stand, stoop, squat, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects for extensive periods of time; strength to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
