Dishwasher (FT & PT)

Responsibilities

• Prepares tableware for washing
• Collects all soiled pots, washes, and restacks cleaned pots on shelves
• Responsible for removal of garbage and refuse
• Mops and sweeps floors
• Washes walls and ceiling tiles
• Cleans and sanitizes all cooking equipment
• Proper maintenance and distribution of company assets
• Sets up dishwashing machine
• Stacks and stores clean dishes in proper kitchen areas

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months of previous kitchen work experience
• Sanitation certificate from local Health Department
• Must stand for long periods
• Must be able to follow directions
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance in varying work areas, including confined spaces
• Must be able to obtain Maryland Lottery License

Pay

Starting salary: $15.25 per hour
