Dishwasher - Fox

Responsibilities

• Perform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities including dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies.
• Comply with all sanitary procedures and standards and adhere to federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation.
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbally, and follow instructions given by kitchen supervisors and management personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Able to balance multiple activities with attention to detail in a safe manner.
• High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of food service/hospitality experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Current “Food Handler’s Card”.
• Reliable transportation and well-groomed appearance.
• Good hygiene practices.

Physical Demands

• Regularly stand for long periods of time.
• Frequent use of hands and arms.
• Occasional sitting or stooping.
• Regular lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Close vision, depth perception, color vision, and peripheral vision.
• Frequent exposure to moderate noise levels.
• Frequent exposure to extreme heat and cold.
• Regularly works on 8 to 12 hour shifts.
• Works rotating hours, shifts, or in different departments.
