Dishwasher for SNF

About the role

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment in a Skilled Nursing Facility, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment using dishwashers and/or hand washing.
• Keep the dishwashing area free of clutter, ensure floors are dry, and maintain cleanliness in storage areas.
• Ensure dishwashers are functioning properly, report any issues, and maintain proper water temperatures for sanitation.
• Assist with basic food preparation, stocking serving stations, working the serving line, running carts, and supporting other kitchen staff as needed.
• Adhere to all sanitation guidelines, maintain a safe work environment, and follow procedures for waste disposal and recycling.
