Responsibilities

• Ensure chemical levels are adequate to run the dish machine and fill 3-compartment sinks.
• Clean and sanitize sanitizer buckets daily for kitchen staff use.
• Maintain mops, brooms, and other cleaning equipment in clean and good condition; report any replacement needs to the manager on duty.
• Remove trash from bins, keep bins clean, replace bag liners, and take trash to the dumpster.
• Clean and sanitize work area before and after shift.
• Must have reliable transportation.
