Turfway Park Racing & Gaming, owned and operated by Churchill Downs, offers gaming, seasonal live thoroughbred racing, simulcast horse racing, dining, live entertainment, and event spaces in Northern Kentucky.

About the role

We are seeking a Dishwasher/Cleaner to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at Turfway Park Racing & Gaming.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean kitchen, properly wash and sort soiled dishes.
• Keep dish area free of clutter and organized.
• Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Maintain clean and dry floors throughout the shift.
• Properly wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
• Change water of machines as required by business levels and properly use chemical dilutions.
• Assist in the timely storing of food deliveries.
• Maintain trash cans throughout shift and remove full trash cans and boxes at the end of each shift.
• Follow posted daily dish cleaning duties.
• Perform any other duties requested by management as needed.

Requirements

• Able to obtain a valid Racing License.
