Dishwasher

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:

• Maintaining the dish room and dish machine
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the space as requested
• Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
• Performing more than one task at a time
• Communicating effectively with co-workers
• Operating dish washing machines to company and manufacturer specifications
• Restocking all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans throughout the shift
• Keeping all trash and dumpster areas clean and organized
• Aiding with taking out garbage when needed
• Aiding with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred
• Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• The Dishwasher position requires the ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand for an entire shift
• Safely move about in all areas of the kitchen
