Responsibilities

• Have a complete working knowledge of the operation/use of the dishwashing machine and compartment sink
• Maintain a working pace that ensures an adequate supply of service ware regardless of the volume of business
• Ensure that all items are properly cleaned, sanitized and stored in their proper places
• Maintain a level of cleanliness, sanitation and personal hygiene that meets Tumbleweed guidelines
• Understand and follow all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Perform all side work as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Talk and hear
• Stand, walk, sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel
• Ability to stand up to 10 hours a day
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
• Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range
