Dishwasher

Long Cove Club is seeking an organized, dependable part-time Dishwasher to join our Clubhouse team. Weekend and holiday availability required.

About the role

You'll play a key role in keeping our kitchen clean, safe, and running smoothly by washing dishes, supporting general kitchen cleanup, and helping with simple prep tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans according to health and safety standards
• Keep dish room, kitchen stations, and storage areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Operate dishwashing machines safely and maintain the cleanliness of equipment
• Restock clean items in their proper locations
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with basic prep tasks when needed
• Remove trash, clean floors, and maintain overall back-of-house sanitation
• Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment
• Complete other duties as assigned by the culinary team

Requirements

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Ability to understand and communicate basic instructions related to safety and kitchen operations

Pay

Starting pay $18/hr, DOE
