Dishwasher & Back of House Support

About the role

Join the heart of our kitchen operation as a Dishwasher at Miles Farmers Market. You'll keep things running smoothly by ensuring our kitchen and prep areas are clean, sanitized, and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwasher and clean equipment, utensils, and prep tools
• Wash items using a three-compartment sink and follow sanitization procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and hand-washing guidelines
• Assist with light prep work as needed, including breading and frying chicken

Qualifications

• No prior dishwashing experience? We're happy to train anyone who brings:
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• A dependable, team-first attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to stand, lift, and move efficiently during busy shifts
• Must be 18 years or older
