Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of Dish Area, Plates, Glassware and Silver
- Protect the quality of the guest experience
- Maintain morale and performance of kitchen
- Offer support and constructive criticism
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Other duties as assigned
