Dishwasher

Responsibilities

• Work as a Dishwasher during events.
• Collect used kitchenware, china, and glassware and load and unload the dishwasher.
• Hand wash items as necessary.
• Store cleaned kitchenware, china, and glassware appropriately.
• Ensure there are enough cleaned dishes at all times, especially during peak service time.
• Remove garbage regularly.
• Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floors.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP within the kitchen areas.
• Exhibit a teamwork atmosphere.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of nights/weekends.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities (preferred).
• Applicable work history and a Food Handlers license required in Texas.
• Physical ability to lift 30 lb frequently and stand/walk 8–12 hours.
• Must be 18 years old, submit to a background check, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

$18 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time: weekends and evenings when events take place. Must be available and willing to work weekends, holidays, and late nights.
