About the Role

The Twin Peaks Dishwasher is one of the most crucial job functions in the Heart of the House. Dishwashers quickly and efficiently clean all dishes, glassware, and silverware per procedures, including Twin Peaks Beer Mugs used to serve famously cold 29-degree draft beer.

Uniform Requirements

• Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times (brim never bent)
• Hair must be kept clean and underneath the TP hat
• Clean shaven; beards and mustaches allowed but must be maintained
• Fingernails must be kept trimmed
• No jewelry in ears, face, around the neck, or wrists
• No headphones or ear buds
• Clean, non-faded/wrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in
• Belt is required

Responsibilities

• Adhere to uniform standards
• Maintain clean and sanitized restaurant per policies and procedures
• Keep stations and equipment clean and organized
• Follow HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements
• Work as a team in a fast-paced environment
• Train using tablets or computers
• Perform opening and closing duties (e.g., sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables)
• Complete any other duties assigned by management

Qualifications

• No specific academic qualifications required
• Prior experience and knowledge of food preparation and kitchen maintenance preferred
• Ability to communicate in English
• Must understand policies and procedures for cleaning and sanitizing a restaurant
• Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions
• Ability to handle standardized situations with minimal variables

Training & Certifications

• Must attend orientation and agree to Twin Peaks policies and procedures
• Must complete the training program prior to working unsupervised
• Must complete any required local/state certifications (e.g., food or alcohol service)

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands/fingers to handle objects, and talk/hear
• Must reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
• Requires close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to focus
