Dishwasher
Job Summary
The Dietary Aide/Dishwasher will be a competent Support Services employee responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and distribution of food and supplies in the Food & Nutrition Department. This role will provide excellent customer service to all patients and employees.
What you will do in this role
- Assist with food preparations and ensure that the meals adhere to an individual's specific diet plans
- Strictly follow sanitation standards and hygiene procedures to guarantee the safety and quality of the service
- Perform routine tasks related to clean up and sanitation of kitchen, dining or serving areas
- Prepare, serve and store food in accordance with facility policies
- Utilize service methods and food handling techniques to ensure quality
Qualifications
- A High School Degree / Equivalent is preferred
- One year of food handling experience is preferred
- A Food Handlers or ServSafe Certificate must be obtained within 90 days of hire
