About the Role
The Dishwasher is a competent Support Services employee responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and distribution of food and supplies in the Food & Nutrition Department. This role provides excellent customer service to all patients and employees.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparations and ensure meals adhere to individual diet plans.
- Strictly follow sanitation standards and hygiene procedures to guarantee safety and quality.
- Perform routine tasks related to clean-up and sanitation of kitchen, dining, or serving areas.
- Prepare, serve, and store food in accordance with facility policies.
- Utilize service methods and food handling techniques to ensure quality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1 year of food handling experience preferred.
- Food Handlers or ServSafe Certificate required within 90 days of hire.
