Dishwasher

About The Position

The Dishwasher cleans and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware. This role overall, helps maintains the cleanliness of the entire kitchen to ensure a safe and healthy area for meals that are being prepared for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes, pots, plans, etc. in dish machine or by hand.
• Assists in stocking and rotating of incoming products.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk in shelving, steam tables, and hoods and exhaust system.
• Maintains sanitation standards in assigned areas.
• Sweeps and mops floors.

Requirements

• Experience in a kitchen or commercial dishwashing is highly preferred
• Regular and reliable attendance is required
• Must be able to work varying weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry dishware for periods of time
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn!
• Must have regular and reliable transportation
