Dishwasher

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Dishwasher to support the daily operations of our kitchen by maintaining clean and sanitized dishes, cookware, utensils, equipment, and work areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment
• Wash pots and pans
• Organize and return clean items to proper storage areas
• Remove trash and replace liners
• Maintain the dishwashing station, sinks, floors, equipment, and surrounding work areas clean and organized
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning and sanitation to help keep operations running safely and efficiently
• Work efficiently with a sense of urgency during busy service and production periods
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and additional kitchen support duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be available to work full-time rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Previous experience as a Dishwasher, Kitchen Dishwasher, Kitchen Porter, Steward, Kitchen Utility Worker, Dishwashing Attendant, or similar food-service position preferred
• Ability to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, trays, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Willingness to operate commercial dishwashing equipment and use cleaning and sanitizing products according to established procedures
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and remain physically active for extended periods
• Responsible, reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while supporting the kitchen team
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred, but not required
