Requirements
- Education: Preferred: Working towards High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience: Dishwashing Or Bussing Experience Recommended, But Not Required
- Skills: Ability to efficiently deal with the rigorous demands of the restaurant business; Ability to interact with fellow employees and management and work as a team; Ability to work in a neat and organized manner.
- Physical: Use of legs and feet, arms and hands, walk, stand, and carry up to 50 lb.; Able to see and hear within normal standards with corrective devices if necessary.
- Mental: Read, write, and speak English, basic math skills, work under pressure

Working Conditions
- This person will work in a kitchen atmosphere, which is a semi-hazardous environment with moderate to heavy noise.
- Hazards include hot surfaces, slippery floors, sharp knives and objects, heavy lifting, hot liquids, kitchen equipment including slicers, processors, and mixers.
- The working hours are dependent on the weekly schedule established by the management team Dinner service only, 5 days’ work week.
Reporting Relationships
- The Dishwasher reports to the Corporate Chef, Chef and Sous Chef and management team
