Should you need assistance with the online application process, please complete this form. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, etc. Remove application instructions (like "Should you need assistance..."). We need to keep substantive info: location, workdays/shifts, employment type, pay range, description of role (What You'll Do), responsibilities list, what you bring (requirements/qualifications), what we offer (benefits). Also maybe "Who we are" is boilerplate? It's generic company description; could be considered boilerplate but maybe not required. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Who we are" might be considered generic but not necessarily boilerplate; but it's more about company values. Might be okay to keep? However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine "About the role" and "Who we are"? The "About the role" section could include the introductory paragraph about Sodexo purpose etc. But we need to decide. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have: - About the role: Could include location, workdays/shifts, employment type, maybe brief description of role (What You'll Do). Also maybe the "Working with Sodexo is more than a job..." paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: "What You Bring" includes High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience, No related work experience, Knowledge of sanitation procedures, basic concepts of food safety. Could split into Requirements (education/experience) and Qualifications/Skills (knowledge). But we can combine if thin. - Benefits: "What We Offer" includes flexible supportive work environment, training/development, advancement opportunities, full array of benefits (paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, 401k, discount programs, etc.), plus site-specific benefits (free shift meals, uniforms, safety shoes, public transportation support/parking). Also mention that benefits may vary. - Pay: Pay Range: $16 per hour - $17 per hour. - Schedule: Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process. We also have Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time. Could be part of About the role or Schedule? Probably About the role. We need to avoid placeholder text like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", etc. We have actual specifics. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not needed. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Location line includes ID; we can include location in a paragraph. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

About the role

Location: Dakota State University. Employment type: Full-Time or Part-Time. Work schedule: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process. Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater because we believe our everyday actions have a big impact. You belong in a company that allows you to act with purpose and thrive in your own way.

But we need to avoid duplication: "More details will be provided during the interview process." appears also in schedule; we can keep once. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Washes dishes by hand or places them in a dishwashing machine.
  • Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
  • Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
  • Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
  • Cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.
  • Re-stock supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials.
  • Significant walking or other means of mobility.
  • Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time, throughout the entire duration of a shift, which may exceed 8 hours.
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds.
  • Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: Could split. We have "What You Bring: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. No related work experience. Knowledge of sanitation procedures, to include basic concepts of food safety." We could make:

Requirements

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. No prior related work experience required.

Skills

Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety concepts.

Alternatively combine into Qualifications. But we need to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have content for each. Benefits:

Benefits

  • Access to ongoing training/development and advancement opportunities.
  • Full array of benefits supporting you and your family’s wellbeing, including paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, 401k, discount programs, and more.
  • Potential site‑specific benefits such as free “shift” meals (or allowances/per diems), uniforms, safety shoes, public transportation support, and/or parking.
Pay:

Pay

$16 per hour – $17 per hour.

Schedule:

Schedule

Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

We should avoid repeating "More details will be provided during the interview process." maybe keep only once. It appears in both About the role and Schedule. We could keep in Schedule only, and remove from About the role. Let's keep schedule only. Thus About the role paragraph: location, employment type, working with Sodexo description. Let's craft final HTML. Check for any boilerplate leftover: We removed EEO, legal, "Who we are", "Should you need assistance...", "Job Description Link to full Job description", "Link To Benefits Summary", etc. Also removed "University students with restrictions..." maybe that's a note about student workers; could be considered relevant? It's a note about eligibility; maybe we could include in About the role as a note. But it's not essential; but we could keep as a sentence: "University students with restrictions on number of hours they can work, including international students, should apply for open student worker positions at the school they attend." Might be considered substantive. However it's more of a note about eligibility; we could keep. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's incorporate that note in About the role. Thus About the role paragraph: Location: Dakota State University. Employment
