About the role

As a Dishwasher at Silver Diner, you play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. You will be responsible for ensuring all dishes and utensils are cleaned properly according to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dishes and utensils are cleaned thoroughly using proper techniques and equipment.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Assist in preparing food stations and set up tables for service.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and advance to higher positions within the organization.

Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is a plus.
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to serve guests with care and enthusiasm.

Pay

The pay rate for this position is $15.00 per hour.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with weekends and holidays required. Shifts may vary based on business needs.
